Alzheimer's Book - REDO

Problem: A family's story about their journey with Alzheimer's is in need of a literature design that portrays the frustration Alzheimer's creates. It needs a respectful and appropriate design that communicates the message this family is sharing.

Visual Solution: Alzheimer's is a disease that creates web like masses on the brain that disconnect links within the memory. To represent these web-like masses, the design consists of intertwining directions through out the book. The book is also bound with clumpy and random string to continue the flow of the design within the pages. In order to keep the messy feel and still communicate the family's message clearly, the design consists of the same text layout with the photos and scribbles guiding the reader throughout the book. The colors used are based on the favorite color of the woman central to the story. The font is a clean font that doesn't distract from the design.
